How Instagram displays contents based on the algorithm

• I do not know what it is, but I know for sure that Social Media platforms have their own way to display different contents on the timeline or feeds. It must be highly personalized, affected by advertisement budgets (of contents creators or companies), and other more meta information about me (like my history of searches, likes, comments, views, watching periods of videos, and millions more).
• Recently, two completely different, but connected by a single theme (or perhaps a keyword), have appeared on my Instagram feed
